The purity of cooling water is the key to ensure the laser output efficiency of the optical fiber laser cutting machine and the service life of the laser condenser module. During the use, the conductivity of the internal circulating water should be checked once a week to ensure its conductivity of 30.5mw · cm. The internal circulating deionized water must be replaced once a month, and the conductivity of the newly injected pure water must be 5mw · cm. Observe the color change of the ion exchange column in the cooling system at any time. Once the color of the resin in the exchange column becomes dark brown or even black, replace the resin immediately.

3. Check whether the water pipe of the chiller is blocked, the water protection is blocked, and the increase of the water flow resistance will also cause an alarm. If the water pipe is blocked, some cleaning and sorting work should be done.

4. Check the water temperature of the chiller. If the water temperature is too high and causes an alarm, change the water in time.
